I had a terrible experience with Auto Concierge Glass. Fernando promised quality service, but it was anything but that. The installation was sloppy, and I started noticing issues almost immediately. When I reached out to get it fixed, he was unresponsive and unhelpful. For a company that claims to be professional, the customer service was a complete joke. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!
They replaced the rear glass of my truck, first rainy day after that was leaking really bad and getting all wet I contacted them and they didn’t want to fixed…….Not recommended

From the moment I walked in the front door I knew I was at the right place. After dealing with other tint shops in San Antonio it’s a relief to find a place where they treat your cars like it’s their own. Andy greeted me when I entered the lobby and was especially helpful when it came to deciding what the appropriate shade of tint would be to accommodate my needs. I am more that satisfied with the final product and It came out better than I could ever imagine.
Took my vehicle here for a front windshield replacement. Ever since I got it replaced noise from front windshield has increased drastically, to the point where having a conversation in the car could be difficult. Fernando tried fixing it by apparently replacing my windshield a second time with a brand new glass, and issue at this time still persist. Get things scheduled with him was a nightmare, he would say one thing and call me later telling be something completely different, not just once but multiple occasions.
The service was great and quick the owner Fernando was very helpful and knowledgeable and the guy at the front Andy was very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. If you need window tint or a glass replacement I would definitely recommend this shop

My experience with Auto Concierge was nothing short of a nightmare.
I contacted them to replace the windshield on my 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Initially, the windshield seemed fine, but shortly after the installation, the molding came off while I was driving on the highway. I called the company to report the issue, and they asked for more details about my vehicle so they could bring the correct direct-fit molding to fix it. I gave them the information—and then no response for weeks.
I followed up with another call and was asked for my address to schedule the repair. Again, no one got back to me. I called a third time, and the owner assured me they would send someone to my workplace the next day between 12:00 and 3:00. By 4:30, no one had arrived, so I called again and was told the technician was on the way. At 5:30, they called to say the technician was finishing up another job. Since I had to leave work by 6:00, this was obviously not going to work.
The owner then promised to send someone the following day between 10:00 and 11:00. At 1:00, still no one showed up, so I called again. I was told, once more, that the technician was “finishing up another car” before heading my way. The technician finally arrived at 3:00—without any molding. He promised to return the next day around 8:30.
The next day, the technician didn’t show up until 10:00 and installed a universal molding instead of the direct-fit molding I had specifically discussed with the owner over the phone.
This entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, missed appointments, and subpar resolution showed a total disregard for my time and expectations. I will never use Auto Concierge again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their auto glass needs.

I was referred by my daughter after she had her car done. Aedric explained my options, pros and cons. Service took about an hour and a half, just like he said. He placed neon tape over my controls to make I didn’t roll them down and ruin my tint. Great customer service and I love my car(no more fish bowl)

I purchased a windshield back in January of the current year. They came to my house and turned out they brought the wrong one. A week later they come to my job to install the “right one” which unfortunately turned out to be the wrong one as well. It has been over 8 months and they haven’t attempted to replace it. I have to constantly message and/or call Fernando but he never answers. I went to the shop in person and to my surprise there wasn’t a single person inside, I called him and he stated he had the right windshield. The day of installation came around and the driver never showed up to install it. Turn outs he was in an “accident” which coincidentally happened to be on the same day of installation. I would NOT recommend this business at all and if you choose to trust them PLEASE PLEASE make sure they have the right windshield bc they WILL NOT make it right. I wouldn’t even rate this service a one star if I could.

Bang for the bucks, yes. TLC of your ride depends on the tasks and job being performed but I've never had my windshield replace ever beside this one time. Most of my trims was either broken from the clip and or not reinstalled correctly and my dash board was scuffed up when the windshield was being removed. I wouldn't recommend this place if you cared about your ride, but then again I'm not sure if the other installed would do the same. Who knows.

Had this guy Fernando replace several windshields for me and have sent many customers his way. My last experience was horrible! I had him replace my wife’s windshield and when he showed up he broke the windshield. It took him 3 hours to come back and fix it. After a few weeks I noticed the rain sensor was not working and a part was missing. I have been communicating with him for the past 3 months and till this day he is giving me the runaround SMH! I will not come back and I will never send another customer his way again. Till now I am waiting for him. I’m done waiting. This has been way overdue!!

Worst experience ever! Fernando, the owner, first tried to replace my windshield at Car Kings auto sales where I purchased my car. The auto dealer hired him as a mobile repair. It was done very poorly and was missing pieces of the trim and even left scratches the hood of the car. When I called him he was very rude on the phone but set a date to come by and replace the missing trim. He did not come that day and also ghosted me 2 other times that he made appointments. Edward, the owner called him twice and he never showed up either. I do not recommend doing business with this company!

Awesome work, 100% happy with my new ceramic tint. I’ve had two vehicles tinted before at a different shop and didn’t realize how much I was overpaying. I also had a windshield replaced here on another vehicle, and that turned out awesome as well. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, shop looked professional and clean, and the quality was superb. Definitely plan on coming back for any future work!
This review is long overdue but I wanted to see how the wrap held up before posting anything. I have a RAV4 that purchased brand new in 2022. I wanted a two-tone paint job but mainly wanted to black out the chrome/silver portions and add a black roof. I also added a clear film protection to the front of the car. After a little over two years the wrap and clear protective film looks just like it did the day I picked it up. Very impressed with the service and results.

My son called to get a Windshield replaced and when it stared raining and started leaking in the car . he called and told him about it. He said he would send him back to my house to fix it . He had to call him on several occasions to see when he was coming to fix the window. This was before Christmas. Well Christmas came and went well here it is the 4th of January and he Finley fixed it yesterday but messed up his tint on Windshield when Asked if he was going to fix that he was very rude about it but gave him the film to fix his tint . When he gave it to him he told him not to ever call him again. I don't recommend this company

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The service was disappointing. I called and asked about a passenger rear right window they said they had It and confirmed the morning off. Come to find out the 1 hour service took 2 1/2 hours because they had the wrong side window. When they finally finished and turned in my car the guys just laughed and brushed it off when I mentioned it was tinted and my car has absolutely NO tint. They offered a deal to get my other windows tinted so I guess that was nice 👍🏻 when I didn’t even want it. I was just frustrated and embarrassed they’d think that was ok. So I paid for the service and left. I’m driving my car now with one glass darker than the others thanks to them.
